OT Mentoring Hub

We know that there are very few opportunities for new OTs in the field to get good mentoring on the job given the productivity standards being pushed. Where one would have a senior OT to shadow has all but disappeared in many work settings, particularly SNFs and home health.

In an effort to help provide learning opportunities for newbies as well as OTs looking to move careers, OTAH is looking for experienced OTs who are interested in teaching their skills to new OTs to help improve practice and client care.
