OT Association of Hawaii

CE Opportunity

Find out what ergonomics is about, it’s more than just sitting at a computer. Learn the do’s and don’ts when you’re working at a workstation, how to set yourself up when you are working remotely and how important a good fitting chair is (the cornerstone to maintain adequate sitting posture). Also learn how to complete a mini ergonomic assessment.

What you’ll walk away from this educational session…

• What is Ergonomics (Why Occupational Therapists are the BEST for this)

• How to find the best chair for you

• Complete your own mini ergonomic assessment (for yourself and others)
